Looks like they have something in their noses/sinuses. Could be dust from the shavings, dust from the food, dust from elsewhere, or a mild respiratory bug. Put some antibiotics in the water if you think it's a little infection. Otherwise it should pass.
the best thing for him is the
wet mash probiotic with Vit E and Vit B complex
this will help his nervous system which is being attacked at this time
because you see discordanation in his attempt to walk okay
do this
*** Multiply the amt of the wet mash with the vit's by amt of chickens fed
each chick needs the same amt of vit;s each time
(A) natural probiotic wet mash with Vit E and Vit B complex added immediately
basically the chicken has some nerve damage do this immediately
need neurolodigal vit E and Vit B complex for nervous disorder Also the apple cider vineager in water
(1) 2 tbsp per gallon of water till chickens are well and the 2 times a week for life
for one chicken use 1 tbsp of ACV
1 pint of water
(2 immediately give the chicken 1000 mg capsule of liquid Vit E by cutting the end of the capsule and taking the vit E liquid and mix in wet mash probiotic
(2-B) total amt of capsules equals the total amt of chickens fed vit's
(3 also need to crush a vit B complex pill in tabsp and add it the chickens wet mash after it is disolved
(3-C) then give this to the chicken twice a week for two weeks should see much improvement

this should give the nervous system some stability
(6-A) they should clean it up in 20-30 minutes

what types of neurological diseases are there? I'd like to look them up and see if they have the other symptoms of it... it would have to be a catchy disease though because they seem to all be doing it now, little by little each one has begun to do this..
This is one of those things you probably should not read a lot into.
Heck the little one may be trying to stay awake, have some baby dust in its nostrils or maybe even a bit of water in the nostrils from a vigorous drink.
Give it s few days, get a red heat lamp or a ceramic type heat source and watch the difference in your chickies behavior.
Always put a thermometer in the bottom of the brooder to determine how much heat you are getting to your babies.
Ok, I can try to switch to a red bulb and see if it makes a difference.
I dont normally think I would be paranoid about it, but the chick wasn't doing it when I brought her home... it started days later and then days (including fluffed up tail hanging down behavior), then a few more days later another chick started doing this tick tick tick thing with also the puffed up stuff. about a week went by and then the others have started a little tick... they were NOT doing it before... this is why I was concerned that something else was going on with them concerning it...
I noticed if I peeked in on them, they are perfectly fine, no head shaking and acting normal. But as soon as I walk into the coop/run or up to the brooder and start talking, they do the head shaking thing. Almost like they dont like the sound of your voice in their ears or it tickles them. Its odd. Not all of mine do it, but many of them do. They don't have any illness issues that I can tell.
