Video of my hens behaviour. 2 picking on the other 2

I have four silkie hens 2 are laying and 2 aren’t
They were introduced in pairs
The grey and white silkie are picking on the black and buff silkie (more so the black) to the point where they use each other to cover their faces underneath each other’s wings and poke their beaks through the other side of the bars out of the way

When and how were the introductions made?

Give them a week or so out of each others view. Start the introductions again through the safety of a gate where they can see eachother but not touch.

Give them more space and somewhere to get away from eachother when you do reintroduce. That space is tiny (looks like about 0.8m x 0.8m); I always recomment 1m x 1m each--at minimum--in the run.
