I'm sorry to be so clueless. But when I click the link you posted, it takes me to
1. "Create personal album."
2. Then I typed in brief album title and album description.
3. Then I clicked "upload file", went to my "photos", clicked video I wanted, then clicked "done."
4. Video 20220220_174856.mp4 loads, but has a line drawn through it.
5. Then when I click "save", I get message "Oops we ran into some problems. Ensure you have added at least one media item before continuing."

What am I doing wrong? I can try uploading through YouTube, but would prefer to do it through byc gallery if I can figure out problem.

I was able to upload a photo but not a video. I'm using an android cell phone. Could that be the problem?
