You can't upload videos to BYC, but you can post appropriate youtube videos here.

You can now embed YouTube videos into posts. Just take the link to the YouTube video and wrap it with these tags:

[youtube]URL[/youtube]

NOTE: Make sure it is the clean URL without any other code (no "embedded" or other code).

URL that will work: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O8LqOwfD8Xg
(had to strip off the "&feature=player_embedded"
