Vinny, our black indian runner, today laid his first egg on Ming Mei's birthday! It is a present, I just know it. It's black too. Nettie told me this is rare.

I'm sorry. We named our duck Vinny which is a boy's name, but it's a female runner so I always get my pronouns mixed up. It will happen again, believe me. Vinny's a black runner. I don't know how to make the image bigger. I u/l'ed it on photobucket and this is the size it came up as.
