Violet laced birds- who can help me with this?

Violet. . . . Do you mean Lavender? Or something else?

Lavender is a recessive gene that you'd have to get from a breed with Lavender in them, and it would take a while to get your birds to breed true Lavender again. Also to note, you can only have Lavender birds with another color lacing (black, white)

Its just a fancy name, the "violet" color is andalusian blue. They are Silver laced Wyandottes with Blue instead of Black lacing. Breed a Silver laced Wyandotte roo with Splash laced Red Wyandotte hens and you will get pure Violet laced pullets as F1s, the male offspring will have some yellow color in the silver.
