I wanted to add my thanks to Tom and VPBA!
This was our first ever show, but thanks to Tom and the nicest people at the show, we muddled through me messing up entry forms, misclassified chickens and having no idea what to do when we got there.... and had a blast! I have to say I was amazed at how smoothly it ran - plus how much organization went into it ahead of time. I cannot imagine how all those trestles and cages were set up with every bird having the right cage in the right place. Just amazing for, I guess, about 1,000 birds.
Thanks VPBA - we had a great time! I have to say I have never met a nicer bunch of people - everyone was so helpful and willing to share advice and enthusiasm!
