yorktown is pretty close to chesapeake I am on the state line on the way to the outer banks I got a lot of my birds from up your way gloucester welcome a lot of good info on this board there are a few bird people all around you up that way

I'm in Bath county, so I'm central to a few areas and near to none. I would say I'm closest to Augusta County (Staunton, Waynesboro) and Rockbridge county (Lexington, Natural Bridge). I however am in Charlottesville a LOT and Richmond occasionally. I'm near to Roanoke but don't make it down there too often.
