Virginia

Hello Virginia chicken peeps, my friend lives in Arlington and is looking for calico cochin bantams(chicks, hatching eggs, or adult birds), cream legbar hatching eggs, and broilers. She knows she'll probably need to go through a hatchery for the broilers, but wants to stay as local as possible for everything since the postal service is even more craptacular than usual this year. Any leads are greatly appreciated! 🙂

I only have Buff Orpingtons, but here's a link to the farms in Fauquier County with different chicken breeds. I'm not sure if all of them do chicks, or hatching eggs, but it's worth a shot.

Hello. What kind of birds do you have?
Silkie, silkie mixes, Polish and an Australorp (2 roosters, five hens)...
I love ornamental chickens.
My son and his wife live in Gloucester and have Rhode Island Reds and two of my Australorps. They're more in for the eggs. (Although, I've really enjoyed sharing eggs with my neighbors...to apologize for the crowing) haha.
