Try not to buy under a month old and find a good breeder of silkies so not to be disappointed .
There are breeders in your area and also in Maryland that sell PQ BQ SQ silkies. tell them what you are looking for.
The price depends on what you are looking for and the breeder. The price also goes up with the age of the chicks.
PM Bob ( Ultra1classic) on here and he can help you find a breeder in your area are close by you.Sometimes it's worth driving an hour to be sure you get the birds you want.(I have driven 3 hours)
Good luck and you will not be sorry adding these fluffballs to your flock

I am not worry about driving long trip. I am new to this Silkies breed. So I don't know which breed is good and price range.
I am also looking for used brinsea mini advance ex incubator. If you are happen to see one for sale. New one is too expensive.

all depends on what you want...my young first culls (2-4 weeks old) i let go for 7 buck...the only factor used in that cull is 4th and 5th toe spacing..most growout to be beautiful birds...after that pricing will go on age and potential quality of the bird..ie breeder or (potential) show quality bird...silkies take a while to fully mature...cockerels look their "best" most say at about 9-10th months old...pullets. right around a year old

Have 5 bantam polish chicks available...these are not culls.....wc black and cuckoo smooth and frizzle i believe. have a little over 80 babies right now and have to cut that number down a bit...moms and dads pictured below. also some silkie babies available, blues and splash, from about 2 weeks to about 7 weeks old...these are pq silkies, the only reason they are being classified that way is because of toe spacing on 4th and 5th toe.

Bob's birds are well worth the hour and half drive. His culls are just beautiful and grow into some really stunning birds.
