What is the proper dosage....amount....frequency that Vit B12 should be given to a bantam (Silkie)?

Thanks Imp....I hate to go IM....I read on one of the forums about oral B12, but can't recall that anyone gave a specific dose or frequency

Of course after skimming 15 pages on google I scrolled down farther on the link I posted and saw:

Vitamins B12 100mg 1 tablet daily to increase appetite and energy

Imp- feeling kind of slow today
