Vitamin/Mineral Supplements Question!

I have heard that people use these on a regular basis...I haven't! What are the best brands? How often do you use it?

I have heard to use Avia Charge 2000. You can get it from McMurray and a few other places.

I use Thorvin kelp meal (I think that's what it's called). It's also in their feed so they don't eat much of the supplement.
