vulture hocks on a Cochin bantam?

My two Cochin bantams are three weeks old, and one of them has vulture hocks! Is this okay? will it get passed down the line if I breed it? Is it still showable? Is this normal? thanks

If you got it from the same hatch as the other chicks I'd worry about them too. I don't recall if the trait is dominant or recessive but I've had it pop up before from two related parents who did not express it.
