Vulture hocks?

Is this what vulture hocks are? I have another Silkie the same age and she does not have them.

It could just be new feathers coming in. Silkies are not actually supposed to have vulture hocks, but that doesn't mean they don't ever have them. I think you would have to wait the chick is a little older to know for sure.
