I searched around for an answer online and cannot find an exact answer. And not to mention, many of the diseases sound the same.
My hen is about 10 months old and out of nowhere one day she started acting funny. She sits in one spot for long periods of time and her tail feathers stand straight up. She waddles real slow when she walks and she's missing feathers from her tail end.
Keep in mind I had a problem with mites that actually killed one of my roosters a month ago. I'm new and never paid no mind to it. I got the mites under control with DE in their pen and on them.
Does anyone know what's going on, or has experienced what I'm talking about? Is she bound up? Does she have an infection?
