Waiting for 1st egg from 2010 Exhibition Rouens - will they ever lay!!

Hi Everybody

We bought a pair of 2010 hatched Exhibition Rouens earlier in the year and are still waiting for signs of nesting and first eggs. They have access to a small house (never used) and free range in the garden. All they seems to be doing is eating, sleeping and an occassional swim on the pond. They look well but show no signs of giving us that much awaited for 1st egg

Any comments on when to expect breeding to commence?

I got mine last summer (late) and they started laying in feb. Mine are not exhibition though. It may need to warm up some more where you are.

Thanks for that. Weather has warmed up lately so I hope they'll get going soon. At the moment they're just being fat and lazy
