waiting for p.o. to call UPDATE post13

my chicks were suposed to ship yesterday...I got a call from Ideal asking if the could substitute 3 of my silkies with another color...I agreed ...The call came around noon and I forgot to ask if they were still gonna be shipped yesterday... and she didn't say either way.... It is 4:40 in the morning and i can't sleep...I have been up for an hour.... I hope they get here today...It's been raining all morning1 (morning... the partridge was the color I really wanted .. they had to substitue 3 that I ordered because they only had 1 left...

Our chicks were supposed to ship yesterday from Ideal too. Did you get an email? We did not, and were wondering if they actually shipped. Guess I can call them today.

I didn't get an email either... just the call asking if they can substitute...
good luck with yours also...I am almost sitting on my phone...I don't want to miss the call from post office...I am only 3 1/2 hours away from them...I should have just went and picked them up

Just got a call from PO that mine have arrived. I figured only a day with Ideal since we are so close. Now to get those darn kiddos moving.

Hey chixie, I have had my chicks come in at the Kountze post office in the afternoon. Tracey down there told me that they also get a priority truck after 1:00 pm so if they don't call this morning, maybe it will be this afternoon.

I know how nervewracking it is waiting for that darn call from the P.O.! Congrats on your new babies!
