Hello! It's still early but i was hoping anyone wanted to take some guesses.

Pictures 1&2 are Polish #1 has a mullet #2 is has a mohawk, runs from me and is bigger than #1

The next set of pictures are of what the feed store called bantam Cochin. #3,4,5 is the sweetest little bird. It is so much smaller than the one in the next slide it barely is starting to grow feathers and they are curving out. Could she be a frizzle? The bird in #6&7 is much larger has more feathers and its comb is larger. They were almost the same size when i got them.
Any guess on sex and types?

A bit young to accurately sex. Post updated pics of the Polish at 8 weeks, with crests shoved back showing combs.

Post updated pics of the Cochins in about 2 more weeks.

Would the same gender determination work on all silver laced birds? Wondering if it would help sex my Polish earlier
I think they are looking at the comb, not the feathers.

So what they see on a single-combed Cochin is different than you would see on a V-comb Polish with a crest.
