Waiting on mystery hens

Someone my husband works with does some wheeling and dealing with the local Amish. They were giving him 8 laying hens that he took in order to give to us. I get them tonight when my husband gets off of work which will be in about half an hour. I am so excited. All we know is that they are laying eggs, they are white with white feathers on their legs and feet. Does anyone know what kind of chickens these are?

You will have to post pictures for us.. Of your Amish chickens.. I have no idea what breed they would be. But with a picture I know others might be able to tell you the breed or mix..

The guy that was bringing us the hens, broke his toe. He probably won't be out and about for a week. We won't get our girls until then. I'm so sad and can't wait!!!
