Waiting to hatch

First time incubating eggs. 2stvone hatched on day 21 & it didn’t make it 2nd & 3rd on day 22 both fine. Today is day 24 & i can hear chirping in 1 egg but no pipping & pipping in another egg but no chirping! How many hours or days should i go before helping or just let nature take it’s course!

Another post I saw said sometimes they hatch as late as day 26

If you wanted, carefully pin point the spot that's open inside.
Some people are able to just peck open a small hole to help the chick.
Its a 50-50 situation. Maybe holding it up to a light to see where the head is.

Yes, I heard peeping from my eggs yesterday but I did not see a pip in any eggs. I woke up this morning to find 3 hatched! Sometimes, it is slow, sometimes it is fast. Have only hatched a few batches before but there is always a few early, a few on time and a few late, in my experience!

I waited and the chic hatched on it’s own. Got 3 now & one more that’s pipping. Day 24

So sad, unfortunately ny chic died during the nite! It was chirping for 2 days and i heard it pecking at the shell. I think it was just to tired. Should i have keft itbin the incubator longer? I put it under a heat lamp in the same area where my other chics are but in a separate container si the other chics wouldn’t oeck at it!
