Welcome, from eastern Canada. Not from Wales, but visited there when I lived in England when my children were young; the sheep! the sheep! my goodness, the sheep! They were everywhere. We were on our way to Aberw...Aber...somewhere with a long name, and it took us hours longer because of the sheep. What a beautiful country! And the people we met were wonderful. Again, welcome to BYC
Hello Friend, I myself am not from Wales but I am Welsh and my Grandparents are from there. I will never forget the times they would yell at my dad and I in Welsh, Never had a clue what they said to me. (RIP) Its all too bad they moved on in lifelong before I had the chance to learn more about them and their home land. I do know that the Dunhams have many remains there in Wales and I hope to one day stand in the old castle that from what I know is just a pile of rocks, But I can still say we HAD a castle!! So WELCOME and I'm sure there are many others out there close to home for you.
Hi, Just got round to checking this out after my good friend told me about you. I am a few miles from Aberystwyth and my daughter is currently in her 4th year at Swansea uni. How many chickens do you have? Welcome to the forum and Happy new Year to you!
