New chicken having trouble laying.

I bought 3 new pallets in September, 2 started laying late October, lovely firm brown shells, small, but getting bigger. However, the 3rd one, a red rock, laid her first egg in mid November, seemingly without issue. She's only laid 9 or 10 eggs since then and recently seemed to be having trouble with some strange symptoms like falling over or being a bit wobbly. Last week I had to check her for egg binding as she was pumping away, falling over and kept going to the nesting box.
I smothered her vent with baseline and a few hours later she laid, but lots of blood spots on the shell. A few days later she laid an egg with no issue, but today, she was wobbly for a bit and then laid a shell less egg. They all have free choice oyster she'll, baked and ground up egg shells and calciworms, plus cooked mince beef to provide calcium, phosphorus and vitamin D. (Not much sun here in mid Wales this time of year.
I'm worried there's something really wrong with her, or if it's just because she's still young at around 24 weeks old.
Any advice is really welcome

I'm not sure if it's as common in Wales as the US but can you get Calcium Citrate + D3 vitamin? Usually found in pharmacies or even grocery stores. It will help her with her contractions and is commonly used around here. One pill can be given once a day for 5-7 days.
