we have a coop that is our started coop, and next year we would like a walk-in. Our coop right now is from C.C. ONLY and we like it a lot, still it is hard to clean it especially in winter. We would like a pre-built, stay in the price range of 1,000 to 1,500 dollars, and hold around 22 chickens. Does anyone have some good suggestions?

You are planning on buying a coop this spring so you have plenty time to get some ideas.Have you thought about building.Either way you go there are many options to choose from.Make sure it is high enough to stand in.Look at where you want your nest boxes, windows, ventilation, make sure that if you plan on putting shavings down that you leave the threshold high enough to hold them in the coop.I'm not sure what the percentage is but make sure the sq footage is big enough to handle the chickens.Make sure the poop door is where you want it.Do you want elec .Like I said, you have time to get some ideas of what you want.Keep checking coop sizes, designs, ideas etc.If you not sure about something ask, most people on here will help.Good Luck
