Moondrop sat, staring at them. Shakira growled at them both. She wasn't sure if they were on hers and Moondrop's side, so she kept her guard up.

After Metalclaw's slumber she was still tired. She wobbled out of the den. She noticed that she was starving. She walked slowly over to the fresh-kill pile. Picked up a big chunk of the buck her and Hougen caught a couple days ago. She ate it down in only a couple bites. And sighed. She heaved herself up and walked ever so slowly to the river. She lapped up more water than usual. She layed under the oak tree her and Hougen sat under the night before. She panted and slowly set herself down.
