Walking in pain

I've been noticing a lot of strange things in m flock and I think it's Mareks.

So today my little modern games was hopping around the run in pain. Whenever she puts pressure on her right leg she makes a small screeching sound in pain. When i picked her up her legs were stiff. Is this Mareks?

I'm not familiar with Marek's, so I'm not sure, but did you also check the bottoms of her feet for evidence of bumblefoot? Look for swelling/redness/scab-like pads. If the infection is severe enough, it can move into the chicken's joints.

If you end up at a total loss, you may want to see if you've got a livestock vet in your area and start searching this forum using the symptoms as search terms.

That's a pretty good link. And luckily it doesn't look like bumblefoot. Also I'm seriously confused because yesterday she was walking around as she usually does.
