I have a New Hampshire chicken that got pecked pretty bad, but we were able to clean up her wounds. It’s day three and she still cannot walk. Any advise? We are giving her food and water I just had to move it for the picture.

(this is her before we cleaned her up, but it shows how she can’t stand.)

She might have lost too much blood and is feeling to weak to walk. Were her legs pecked as well?

Her legs were not pecked, she is less than one year old we got her at tractor supply. She has nice looking hard brown poops, is breathing normal and can’t stop eating and drinking. She’s trying to move around by using her wings looking like she’s “army crawling”

I'm sorry about your pullet.
How old is she?
Has she been laying eggs up until she was injured?
Have you added any new birds within the last 30 days?
Does your flock normally get along, have enough space, etc. is she at the lower end of the pecking order?

I agree, she may have had something else going on if the others were picking at her.
Since she is able to poop, then being egg bound (having an egg stuck low enough to cause problems) would be ruled out, but it would be worth feeling of the abdomen (below the vent between the legs) just to make sure there's no swelling or fluid.

Do her legs respond at all when you manipulate them or do they seem paralyzed?
Marek's disease does come to mind when a bird suddenly is unable to walk. Here's some reading for you http://www.backyardchickens.com/a/the-great-big-giant-mareks-disease-faq

What do you feed, including treats?
How have you been taking care of her wounds?
I would offer her some poultry vitamins that contain B2. Poultry Cell is a good choice.

Since she is unable to stand, you may want to make a sling for her, it will get her upright. Place her in the sling every once in a while, she does need to be monitored so she doesn't flip out of it.

She’s 4 months old and very high up on the pecking order. If I slightly move her leg she’ll pull it away. Her winds have been cleaned and we put some poultry aid on it. I mixed some mill worms in with her regular feed which is dumar pellets.
