walmart hygrometers...anyone else with problems?

I think I read that there is some kind of law/standard that household thermometers must be accurate to within 2 degrees, nowhere near accurate enough for incubating. You will have some luck once in awhile with them, but that is really a hit-and-miss proposition.

You get waht you pay for. I still have a pair of dress slacks my mom bought for me 20 years ago and they are in perfect shape never went out of style we bought them at a department store and they cost more than at a discount chain. If I want something to last I will pay more for it and I don't even look at Kohls, Warlmart or Menards I go to a real store.
