Walnut season

Our trees have been dropping walnuts like crazy, attracting a bunch of pesky squirrels. today I ran a bunch of black walnuts through the wood chipper so my girls can also enjoy the meat

Now there's an efficient way to crack black walnuts.

Pity there's no way of separating out the nuts for human consumption after that. I LOVE black walnuts.
