Now I need a new title. Wanna help me? Gaited Horse has suggested "Barking Chickens".

About me (to help ya'll help me come up with a title!)...
I'm a geologist by day and trying to learn the ropes of homesteading/self-sufficiency by night and weekends (gardening, canning, DIY projects, etc). We're on a half-acre in the high desert of Southern California with 3 dogs, 1 cat and 30 chickens. Away from home, I love hiking, backpacking and camping. Oh and I love country and love to go out line dancing anytime I can drag someone along!
