Wanna make sure i have a hen the (cuckoo maran)

if not it is fine as i have 5 rir pullets but i am just wondering about the cuckoo maran i know the pictures arent that clear or close up but i hope you can tell, it was hatched by mean on Febuary 7 2009 or around there well here is some pics

Looks girl (for now),but comb looks rose(need beter picture) and she is too slim and taily for marans

If she was hatched in Feb- she(he) should be crowing by now.

Just a guess

Dominicker (Dominique) crossed with some type of game bird. Rose comb and barring from Dominicker and body shape , tail length/trajectory, white shanks from game bird.

thanks for the suggestion i know it is a mut but it is a nice bantam, i always loved the barred breeds anyways, but what got me thinking about its sex today was that it was hearding/ calling my 5 rir pullets, so i ask since my barred chicken is alot older then the rir will it still try to lead them as if it is a rooster even if it is a pullet/hen?

just ask if you need me to clarify
