I love buff orpington's! I am sure you will also, just remember that just cause you want a new friend for your chicks it takes time but they will normally do fine, Good luck in your search for new birds.

mine go to roost just like every other chicken

huh i ddnt know tht i heard orphagain hens weigh around 7 to 8 pnds roosters near 10 thats a big bird

What's wrong with their meat? I always thought they were a decent meat bird.
