it is a pic and i resized it down but it tells me that it is to big. i resized it in paint.

Did you save it as a .jpg in paint or as a .bmp. bmp is the default in paint and it will come out to be more kb than jpg occasionally making it too big despite shrinking the pixels. Otherwise I would say it's just still too large. What size did you make it?
