want to build a good chicken first aid kit... any advice?

I'm fairly new to the fowl family, and am very new to the chicken family... my husband and I were talking the other day about starting up a nice first aid kit for our chickens and ducks but honestly have no clue what to put in it. What are some essential things y'all advise when it comes to an emergency kit for the feather kids? Medicines, bandages, pest control, accessories? Thanks y'all!
