Blue/black/splash orpingtons don't do well shipped. Now that the heat is rising they do even less well. You would be wise to wait until closer to fall for eggs to have a fair chance at a hatch. When the weather gets hot many hens slow down in laying too. A lot of breeders separate out the roosters from hens to give the hens a break and a chance to recover. Waiting lists for the eggs are long. Most good breeders are not shipping eggs in the heat of summer.
If you really want them I sure there is someone at some point more than glad to sell them to you but you would be throwing your money away.
Wait until fall. You'll have a better chance at having a batter hatch.
