Where do you buy chickens from?
I want to cut out the middle man and see if I can save money that way!

I got my first batch of Cornish X from a feed store that a cousin of my wife owns, and she had 4 varieties of egg layers last spring, check with your local feed stores, if they don't have any coming in the spring they may know who does in your area. Also my current flock came from right here, I found someone in my area. Now I am hatching a batch of my own. If all else fails, pal around with some folks who have chickens and who knows.

I get my chickens from anybody close. *ha* I have Buff Orpington and bantam Dark Brahma eggs that I can mail you.
