Want to know nutritional value of feed

I make my own feed I add all these grains in equal quantity (white corn,yellow corn,wheat grain,Millet grain,scratch) and these are with 10% ratio of major grains (seasame seed,flash seed,rice) and oats half ratio of major grains .
Is these ingredients are ok to feed or not

I just started a thread asking for recommendations about a textbook for poultry nutrition! I don't see replies yet but I'm hopeful! My thread:

I found a lot of information in the Storey's books and also Harvey Ussery's "The Small-Scale Poultry Flock"

There are posts from the following blogs for homemade chicken feed recipes: Garden Betty, The Elliot Homestead, The Prairie Homestead and The Frugal Chicken. They all provide different pieces of information regarding nutritional value. They all seem to focus mostly on protein content and I cannot find verifiable research to support the recipes. I do think they are all awesome though!

I think that you are looking for something that is out of the realm of the average back yard chicken keeper. Kudos to you for taking your hobby and turning it into a life long learning experience. I would start by contacting your local County Agricultural Extension site, and speak to the poultry expert. If she can't give you the names of some books that will meet your need, she can direct you to someone who can. I think you are going to have a hard time finding a resource that has practical information that is not geared to commercial poultry farming. Best of luck.
