Want to learn how to process a chicken. Anyone in Edmond/Guthrie/Piedmont area?

I am wanting to learn how to process chickens for my family. Anyone in the Guthrie, Piedmont/ Edmond area that would be willing to teach me? Or can direct me in the right direction.
I am also looking at getting some broiler but I want egg producers also, can you recommend a good dual breed.
