Want to order turkey poults or eggs.

if this is the wrong place for this, I'm sorry.

I am looking for turkey eggs or chicks for Thanksgiving that I can grow out. Want 1 dozen to dress out. If there is anybody that can sell me them I would appreciate it. I am looking for heritage breeds not the broad breasted birds. Any type that will be 15-20 lbs before Thanksgiving still be fine. Would also like to keep a breeding pair for next year.

Cackle hatchery sells heritage turkeys, I'd suggest going with the Narragansett turkeys. Hens can get up to 14 lbs and toms 24 lbs.

Thanks for the link. Actually found a breeder on there about 30 minutes away. I'll be picking up 2 dozen on Tuesday of Narragansett turkey eggs.

How much room do they need in a tractor? I'll be building it while they are in the brooder.
