Want to trade or something!?!

I have 2 Americana roosters And 1 Buff Orf. I need to get rid of at least 2 of them and would like laying hens... I'm in North Ga......Cumming, Ga . And I have a ? I have a hen that the others are being mean to and pecking her on the back and taking feathers out. What do i DO?? Also I don't get to check my computer very often so PLEASE BEAR WITH ME!!!

Is the hen younger or smaller than the one's picking on her? If so, it's probably just them going thru the "pecking order" thing. If you think that they are going to harm her to the point that she could become unhealthy or sick, remove her from the rest for a while and then try and re-introduce her. Do it at night so that when they all get up in the morning, she is among them.
