Because of temperatures throughout the country, we cannot get McMurray to ship meat cross chicks to Vermont until May. Are their broiler breeders in New England that we can access in a day's drive from northern Vermont? Thanks!

Thanks for the suggestions so far. I reached out to Meyers yesterday and await a return call. I also checked the MainePoultry.com site. It hasn't been updated since last fall, which is only a tad concerning. Also, it sounds like they serve as a go-between to an independent hatchery(s) rather than incubating themselves.

Keep on looking! We'll find 'em yet! We'd even be willing to taked shipped fertile eggs and incubate ourselves.

Into Vermont?! In February?! Probably ONLY if they ship them in one of the sales rep's suitcases as he comes up to Vermont to ski. LOL
