wanted-advice on buying a incubator

I have a 1588 and I have never had any temp problems with it or any other problems for that matter. In fact, I just bought another one this morning.

For quality and reputation you can't do much better than a Brinsea. Automatic-turning incubators are worth the extra money you spend, as are auto-humidity pumps IMO.

Though I've never used one myself, I was reminded recently of a post from another forum about Hovabator, but have no idea which model was referred to:
"Here is what to do. Set the hovabator running. Leave it in a well ventilated room for 45 minutes. Make yourself a nice cup of tea. Adjust yourself to the fact that you have just wasted your money. Go back into the room and stamp twice very firmly on the hovabator remembering to unplug it first. package up all the polystyrene and put it in the nearest bin. This way you will get the best possible results from this premium unit. Best of luck with the hatch"
