Thanks corancher,

I think you mean poohevans, I've been trying to get ahold of him for a month by pm and email with no reply, I also noticed that he has not posted here since 6/30. Don't know what happened to him. I was hopeing maybe someone he sold to had a little flock going and would have some eggs for sale or if there is anyone else that sells them.

i bought some from her and we butchered them at 4 weeks and had 5 lb chickens dressed

Yes. That was the one. I think most people who purchased the eggs, raised them for meat. I remember a discussion somewhere about if the Cobbs would breed true since they were a cross so not sure if anyone kept any for breeding. They did grow really fast and looked just like the cornish cross broilers.

I've read a bunch of poohevans posts and also did alot of research myself and found that cobbs are not a cross and are a breed of their own, you just don't feed your breaders as much as your birds you intend to eat. I also have read alot of posts from people trying to say they are a cross and will argue it till the end

Well, I do know she did a great job in packing the eggs and I got a good hatch rate for shipped eggs and they were very nice birds.

hello, I am also interested in purchasing some cobb fertile eggs.
If anyone might know of anyone else who sells them or if anyone that bought from poohevans are going to breed theirs please let me know as I am interested in purchasing some eggs.

I appreciate the help, thank you.
