I'm actually looking for two coops or sheds that I could modify into one. One I would like to be small, for a few bantams. The other can be up to 8x10(the size of our trailer) or be able to be disassembled to fit in a trailer that size. Also if you are selling a run for chickens I will look into it. Money is tight right now but I will consider any offers.

How far is Maine from Alabama...

to make a run for my new coop, if some one didn't take it.

There was more than one chicken coop listed in uncle Henrys! Check it out. you can also check online at www.unclehenrys.com

hope that helps!

I could not find a single one on there

I saw them on Uncle Henrys and on Craigslist.

Look for old bobhouses, sheds, coops. Check NH craiglist too.

There are also a lot of buildings around here that got crushed from the weight of the snow this winter. I've seen posts about the lumber being given away. Lot of salvage materials around this year.

Could you link me to some on UH?

OK, now some options for runs:

they're all chainlink dog kennel/run things. would need smaller-guage wire aroung the bottoms, wire buried, and a cover to keep out hawks.... but something to start with!! There are more on craigslist, too, this is just a few I saw....
