Any Home Bakers Here?

Slow cooked another brisket, with carrots and onions.

This got divvied into four freezer containers, four future meals that just need reheating.
 
Made a sourdough sandwich bread and a regular sourdough.
Now thinking about sourdough discard cinnamon rolls? Or cranberry scones with the discard?

Your Loaf looks Great. The two loaves I just baked is Sourdough MultigrainSeeded Loaves. Since Ron, wonderful baker, on Anyone here can Bake, sent me Sourdough. That was September 2016, and since then, I keep two Sourdough
starters in the Refrig and I bake only sourdough. Love it. Aria
