I have Porcelain d'Uccle eggs available if anyone is interested. 9 eggs for $20.00 shipped. My pics aren't too good. The flash kind of washed out their color.

Someone needs to buy those eggs from Gloria, I can vouch they are fertile, I just hatched out 3 here in Georgia, cute fluffy porcelain ornamental looking furballs! D'uccles are the sweetest ever, and I have silkies as my other fur balls.
Thanks, Now I have 3 differant bloodlines, from Tenn, from Mo., and from Georgia to start my flock of 10.(all young chicks now)mbrobbins

Here's a pic of one of my ugly duckly chicks! They are really spunky and lively, and one is already 'Mr Curious' wanting to fly up and perch on my hand when I feed them.
(4 of 9 hatched, 1 quitter, 2 nonfertile- would have been 6 hatched if I'd been home to monitor the hatch humidity....)

She does a really thorough packing job! The mailman freaked out when he gave it to my neighbor for me. He said "I don't know what's in that box, but whatever it is, it's ALIVE!"

The one's I have that I bought at Orschelns from Estes are THE SWEETEST chicken breed as a group out of all my chickens. (Including the two silkie roos I had for a time). Even the 3 boys don't really fight, and don't mind being picked up and petted. In fact they are tamer than the pullets! I have 3 boys and 3 girls of these sweeties. So I'm hoping I have some more girls out of these four from U.D.! I might have to rehome a boy or two depending on how this turns out. This is the breed I'm going to foster the next step in my chicken addiction: Breeding and showing

Maybe next year I'll have some eggs for testing. I've only had chickens for 2 years, and I could easily see the d'uccles being better pets than my cockatiels who like to perch on my shoulder but don't like to be 'petted'.

d'Uccles make AWAESOME pet birds as well as eye candy. The crows from the boys improve, but always sound like a gnome trying to sound like a giant.

Sorry I didn't answer sooner, but have been involved in a medical situation with a friend. Finally home for a while! I can't say "always", but usually I do have eggs. Just never know when they may throw me a curve...LOL But generally speaking, I've got them. SO whenever you are ready for some, just drop me a line, and we'll try and fix you up. Thanks for all the nice comments everyone. I just adore these birds. They are sweet, and mine both crow normally, so your's probably just needs to grow up some more. I've got about 20 young ones here that I plan to pick from for next spring's breeders, so the supply should continue.
