Wanted: Rooster near Redding, California

Hi there!

Long time lurker, first time poster.

I'm looking for a friendly rooster in the greater Redding (California) area. I have a people-friendly flock of hens I hand-reared that need a rooster. I would prefer a standard sized bird, and something easy on the eyes - but I would be particularly interested in things like laced wyandottes (silver, gold, blue-laced-red, etc.) and other striking birds.

I would prefer a direct pick-up, and I will happily pay for a good looking, friendly bird! I'd love to see pictures of friendly, eligible bachelors!

I have a buff silkie a little over 3 months old. He just started crowing. I can't have any roosters or my neighbors will kill me! I live in Ventura county.
