Start with funnel cakes. Similar depravity. Lots more powdered sugar. Way messy.

I haven't made any kind of fritter before.
I've deep-fried pate a choux before, but never fritters. Oh, and mozzarella sticks.
But never fritters... I shall have to remedy that....

Use canned peach slices for the peach fritters and roll them in fake sugar after they are done frying.
