And this is one case where hydrogen peroxide is probably a good thing. We're not supposed to put it on wounds anymore becasue it dries everything out - but in this case, you want those buggers to dry up quickly!

I normally put rubbing alcohol on it and it usually works really fast and dries it up right away like a couple days without tearing it open but we don’t have any alcohol* so we bought some hydrocortisone cream the other day and that hasn’t done anything. It just kept them moist lol and idk why but they were HUGE today so I got annoyed and impatient and scratched them all off


*I just now remembered after all this time that I DO actually have rubbing alcohol in the car and could have put it on days ago and also not ripped them open... whoops
