That’s just soooo small!! Lol and I’m going to have to anyway if I’m ever to lose :lau
I know -- my mother said that I was skin and bones. She didn't notice -- nor did anyone else -- because it was autumn, and so I was wearing long jeans and hoodies. And as for me? Well, I never weighed myself back then.
Also, portion size. Cut back on your portion sizes, and practice cooking your own food -- you can still even have ice cream, if you make it yourself with healthier choices.
And exercise! Run or walk or do push-ups. Or all three! But not at the same time.

Oh wow :ep bet you were a twig haha and yeah portion is definitely my biggest issue I think hahah I always eat tons 😂🤣 I don’t think I’d like homemade ice cream cause I like specific flavors but maybe I would. Idk. I just need to eat less of it. Like only a teeny bit at a time instead of the whole pint or a huge bowl 😂🤣 since I can’t do that, cutting it might be best. And yeah I’ve been trying to move more lately. I might hike tomorrow.
 
Not trying to change the subject at all (of course not, why would I; this is a perfectly angelic like party thread) but why am I always hungry?!?! Grrr...I just ate a big supper 5 hrs ago!!
