Today’s outfit AKA mismatch galore AKA Kiki’s worst nightmare. 😂😜

:lau not me. I would also make an awful spy. I constantly trip or bump into things and even just walking I make a lot of noise cause of my huge clodhoppers LOL or even when I try to be quiet I accidentally step on the squeaky part of the floor, etc. 😂 somebody would see me coming from a mile away 😂🤣 although I have mastered sitting perfectly still in a totally dark room and scaring people before 😂🤣

This is the worst possible time to eat. Practice not eating after 6 PM.
I would starve to death because I don’t usually go to bed till at least after midnight 😂🤣 usually later. I actually need to work on that too. I’ve been going to bed earlier lately though because I’ve been so tired. When do you go to bed? Maybe I could start my not eating a few hours before I go to bed. And having a consistent sleeping time might help too

When your stomach starts hollering, drink a glass of water instead of eating.


Having a regular schedule to your day for arising, eating, exercising and a regular bedtime will make you healthier.
